The stainless steel pan consists of 3 layers: the inside and outside made of 18/10 stainless steel surround the aluminium capsule base in the core

The characteristic honeycomb pattern of the induction pan is created by a raised stainless steel structure. This is placed over the non-stick coating. This means that the pan can be fried without adhesion, even at high temperatures despite low fat addition

Thanks to the stainless steel handle, the large pan is oven-safe up to 250 °C

For a long service life, we recommend cleaning by hand with hot water, hand detergent and a soft sponge. Clean the pan as soon as possible after use
