Since this 25 kg bag is not resealable, the contents should be transferred to sealable containers after opening. MagnesiumChloride is hygroscopic, i.e. it attracts water from the room air and tends to clump formation. Although this does not affect the quality, the flakes stick together and can no longer be dosed sensibly.
