Preparation: stir the powder into cold milk with whipped cream for a creamy dessert or water with whipped cream for a dessert with a firmer consistency, beat on the highest setting with a mixer or food processor for 4 minutes, cold for at least 1 hour
Made in France, dosage: 100 g powder on 250 ml milk with 250 ml cream or on 250 ml water with 250 ml cream, 110 g powder to 500 ml milk (1.5% fat)
