Sodium hydrogen carbonate E 500ii) is widely used in the kitchen, e.g. for baking (as a raising agent) for blending vegetables and also binds sour fruit (such as currants, gooseberries or rhubarb). You could also use it for a base bath.
Dosage: 1 knife tip per 1 kg fruit / 2 tsp to 500 g flour as a propellant or 1 tsp for blending or washing vegetables
