Makes the dough rise perfectly: the lid closure of the pizza bowls sits loosely and allows just the right amount of air to circulate, so that the pizza dough ball retains a damp surface and still gases produced during the fermentation process can escape. So the dough can rise optimally and is guaranteed.

Easy dough: flexible, release-easy silicone allows the dough to be easily removed by hand (with if necessary some flour). For very sticky doughs, we advise wetting the box with a little olive oil.
