Please fill tap water instead of pure water, otherwise the device will detect and report lack of water. It is normal that the nozzle does not spray water due to dust and dirt deposits. Advanced sensors and edge detection: Multiple advanced sensor technologies, including edge detection, make cleaning even frameless windows easier. Please check whether the frame shape is irregular, the corners flat or the frame is broken. Do not use the W120-DP in these cases. Note: For glass surfaces below 60 x 40 cm, the device cannot clean the entire surface.
