Damascus knife details: the large Santoku knife included in the knife set has a knife length of 30.00 cm and a knife blade length of 16.50 cm. The smaller Santoku knife has a knife length of 24.00 cm and a knife blade length of 13.00 cm. The also included fruit knife has a knife length of 20.00 cm and a knife blade length of 9.00 cm. This makes our Damascus knife very handy and fits both large and small hands. They can also be used by both left and right handed users.

Thanks to our innovative hardening process, the VG10 blade steel achieves a remarkable hardness of 62±2 HRC. The long durability of sharpness is one of the main reasons for the high satisfaction of our customers. Each Damascus knife blade is hand ground to 15° and undergoes careful quality control in our headquarters at Rosenheim.
